We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The chosen candidate will work on various infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of civil engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Ensure that projects are executed within budget and on schedule.
• Manage project changes effectively and document them accordingly.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and inspections.
• Facilitate training and mentorship for junior engineers.
• Document all project phases to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in civil projects

• AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Bridges and Highways
• Environmental Engineering

Certifications

• Civil Engineering Technician Certification
• ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification
