Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction, from planning and design through to completion and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage construction teams, ensuring effective communication.
• Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement strategies for risk management throughout the project.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate training and development of construction staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role
