We are seeking a passionate and experienced Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, ensuring that every detail is attended to, from concept development to event execution. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of events from concept to completion.
• Work with clients to establish event goals and objectives.
• Develop project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Conduct site visits to validate venues and logistics requirements.
• Supervise event staff and manage volunteer teams.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events effectively.
• Attend networking functions to attract new clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in large scale event management
