Job Description

We are seeking a Market Research Analyst to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis, gathering and interpreting data, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business decisions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure our strategies are backed by solid research and insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee qualitative and quantitative research projects.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their market research needs.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection and reporting.
  • Guide junior analysts in market research methodologies.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on consumer insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field
  • MBA or similar advanced qualification preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a relevant field
Technical Skills
  • Market Research Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Qualtrics)
  • Presentation Software (e.g., PowerPoint)
