Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Develop training and development plans for employees.
  • Monitor labor market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Liaise with external partners for potential recruitment drives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits administration.
  • Engage in leadership development programs to improve managerial skills.
  • Drive change management initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

  • 7+ years of experience in HR with managerial responsibilities
