Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail strategy and performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving digital marketing initiatives to boost sales and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce team.
• Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Optimize product listings and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Work closely with logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Create and manage budgets for e-commerce initiatives.
• Analyse customer feedback to improve service offerings.
• Develop partnerships with online marketplaces to expand reach.
• Lead A/B testing and other strategies for conversion rate optimization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related fields
