Job Description

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee capabilities and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will center around designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs that meet the growing needs of our workforce. You will engage with various departments to identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training content and instructional materials.
  • Evaluate and select training vendors and external resources.
  • Coordinate and oversee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Advise management on training-related initiatives and improvements.
  • Promote a culture of lifelong learning throughout the organisation.
  • Assist with performance management processes as they relate to training.
  • Measure and report on the success of training programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Education or Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or Learning and Development

Certifications
  • Learning and Development (L&D) Certification
  • ATD Certification is a plus

  • Project Management Certification: Accreditation in project management methodologies like PMI.
