We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and promoting a positive company culture. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve employee benefits and compensation programs to meet industry standards.
  • Foster an environment of open communication and feedback.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop succession planning to ensure business continuity.
  • Promote employee wellness programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or related fields
