Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve technical issues reported by users.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff.
• Assist with the installation of networking equipment.
• Collaborate with vendors for effective IT solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology tools to enhance productivity.
• Monitor and manage incident resolution to ensure timely responses.
• Prepare reports on IT support activities and metrics.
• Assist in maintaining hardware and software licenses.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance.
• Support the IT team in various projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
