Responsibilities

• Prepare 3D models and renderings to clarify design intent.
• Conduct thorough research on materials, costs, and technologies applicable to projects.
• Advise clients on sustainable building practices and materials.
• Foster relationships with local vendors and contractors to ease project execution.
• Review and approve shop drawings and samples submitted by contractors.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address challenges.
• Assist in marketing efforts and presentations for new projects.
• Document project progress and any modifications to designs or schedules.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

• AutoCAD
