• Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to enhance e-commerce offerings.
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Implement best practices for e-commerce operations, including checkout processes and customer service.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues and improve website features.
• Train and mentor staff on e-commerce best practices and platform navigation.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• E-commerce Platforms Extensive experience with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
• SEO/SEM Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies to drive online traffic.
• Data Analytics Proficient in analytics tools for tracking and optimizing performance.
• Strategic Thinking Adept at formulating effective strategies based on market analysis.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Google Analytics Certification
• Certified E-commerce Professional (CEP)
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in digital marketing strategies: Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles: Familiarity with user experience and interface design to enhance customer satisfaction.
