• Create comprehensive e-commerce marketing plans and budgets.
• Analyze customer feedback and website analytics to improve service.
• Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot website issues.
• Engage with social media and email marketing strategies to drive traffic.
• Lead product pricing strategies based on market research.
• Foster relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Regularly report on KPIs to senior management.
• Develop targeted promotions and sales campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and standards.
• Drive overall growth and optimization of the online sales channel.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• MBA is advantageous
• Google Analytics Extensive experience in using Google Analytics for performance tracking.
• SEO and SEM In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies for driving traffic.
• E-commerce platforms Proficient in managing various e-commerce platforms.
• Email Marketing Skilled in creating and executing effective email campaigns.
• Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Google Analytics Certification
• Digital Marketing Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce: Hands-on experience with leading e-commerce platforms.
