We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify learning needs and developing curricula that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs through surveys and interviews.
• Create and implement diverse learning strategies.
• Monitor training spend and budget effectively.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Utilize modern training technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Collaborate with external training providers when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Adult Education
• Postgraduate studies in HR or L&D is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in training or development roles

Technical Skills

• Training Technologies

Certifications

• CIPD Certificate in Learning and Development
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
