Job Description

Join our East London team as a Customer Support Representative and make a difference in our customers' experiences. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Support customers throughout the purchasing process.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements accordingly.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Contribute to team goals and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate in Customer Support or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred
