Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead our customer support initiatives in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing relationships with our clients. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and driving customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Execute customer success programs to enhance client relationships.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform decision making.
  • Generate reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
  • Partner with teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximize product usage.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree in relevant field is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
