Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Financial Planner to join our growing team in George. As a Financial Planner, you will help clients define their financial goals and create tailored strategies to achieve them, utilising your knowledge in investment products, retirement plans, and tax strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in defining their financial goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present bespoke financial plans based on clients’ needs.
• Evaluate clients’ financial situations and provide informed recommendations.
• Monitor and review clients’ financial plans regularly, adjusting as needed.
• Develop expertise in investment products, insurance policies, and retirement plans.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service offerings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Promote financial literacy among clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
• Master’s degree in Finance or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning or advisory roles
