Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping others. In this role, you'll be answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an overall positive experience. If you have strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries with professionalism.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback on product and service improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Conduct customer surveys to gather insights on service experience.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies.
  • Present solutions to customer issues in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Diploma or degree in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer service environment

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
