You will play a key role in product development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Investigate new ingredients and formulations to enhance product quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure high-quality raw materials.
• Train and mentor junior staff in food science principles and practices.
• Implement best practices for food safety in the laboratory and production environments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in food technology or quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Microbiology in Food Science
• Food Product Testing

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Certified Food Scientist (CFS)
• ISO 22000 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of nutritional analysis: Experience in analyzing nutritional content of food products.
• Experience with food formulation software: Ability to use software for formulating new food products.
