Job Description

As a Social Worker at Community Care Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families facing challenges. You will assess client needs, develop and implement intervention plans, and provide ongoing support and advocacy to promote well-being and social integration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is a considerable advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social work or a related field preferred
