Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of social outreach programs.
  • Engage with community members to assess needs and identify opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.
  • Train and guide program staff and volunteers.
  • Collaborate with local governments and agencies on community issues.
  • Manage program-related risks and challenges proactively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in program management within non-profit environments
