• Adapt designs based on client feedback and practical considerations.
• Ensure projects adhere to budgets and timelines while maintaining quality.
• Explore innovative materials and structural techniques to enhance design.
• Conduct environmental and social impact assessments for projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for project pitches.
• Maintain relationships with industry professionals for collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture and design

Technical Skills

• 3D modeling software
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Professional Certification in Architecture
• Interior Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
