Job Description

We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Review guest feedback and adjust processes accordingly to enhance service quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance guest experience.
  • Assess and recommend improvements in housekeeping procedures.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping

Languages
  • English: Fluent
