• Ensure compliance with legal and industry-specific training requirements.

• Monitor industry trends to keep learning programs current and innovative.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development or training roles

Technical Skills

• Instructional Design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS): Proficiency in managing online learning systems to deliver training materials.
