Job Description

Healthcare Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Healthcare Administrator to join our dedicated team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing operational policies, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in patient care and administrative efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day healthcare operations to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and retention activities within the department.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure that healthcare policies align with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings to foster communication.
  • Implement technology solutions to improve administrative efficiencies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and partners.
  • Monitor patient feedback and address any concerns or issues raised.
  • Prepare reports for senior management regarding operational performance.
  • Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and expenditure tracking.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration or management
