UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated UX Designer to elevate our design projects. This role involves understanding user needs through research, developing user personas, creating prototypes, and working with the development team to ensure the final product meets user expectations. Your creativity and insight will directly impact our clients' satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas based on extensive research.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
• Create and manage user journey maps.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to improve user engagement.
• Analyze analytics to refine user experience.
• Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design

Technical Skills

• User Research
• Prototyping Tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
• Wireframing
• Human-Centered Design

Certifications

• Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
