Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, preparing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Your analytical skills will aid in financial planning and direct economic management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial models to assess investment opportunities
• Conduct comprehensive valuation analyses including DCF and comparable companies
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management review
• Support mergers and acquisitions with financial assessments and due diligence
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Conduct risk analyses and identify financial trends
• Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary
• Assist in capital budgeting decisions and resource allocation
• Participate in strategic planning and forecasting initiatives
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests from senior management

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree or CFA is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking
