Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will operate and maintain machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality footwear. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a mechanical aptitude, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various machines in accordance with predefined standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the Production Manager.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document production processes and update logs.
• Assist with the training of new staff on machine operation.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in manufacturing or machinery operation

Experience

• Experience with specific production machinery (e.g. CNC machines)

Technical Skills

• Operating CNC Machines
• Quality Control Techniques

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Certifications

• CNC Machine Operation Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
