We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving logistics operations, ensuring efficient supply chain processes and timely deliveries. This role requires an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping schedules and logistics planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Review and process shipments and inventory documentation.
• Assist in developing logistics strategies to enhance overall operations.
• Implement cost-saving measures in logistics activities.
• Provide training to team members on best logistics practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Logistics Distribution and Transportation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
