Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to enhance our supply chain processes. You will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, and distribution strategies while working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain fluid operations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full supply chain lifecycle from procurement to distribution.
  • Align supply chain objectives with company business goals.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to enhance delivery operations.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to remove them.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance operational capability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions.
  • Report on supply chain performance and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics roles
