Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply chain operations in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain processes, optimizing logistics, and improving overall efficiency within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct regular evaluations of supply chain processes and suggest improvements.
• Analyze market trends and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best rates.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on supply chain performance.
• Work with technology teams to implement supply chain management software.
• Monitor logistics for delivery timelines and quality of service.
• Ensure efficient use of resources in the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management or logistics

• ERP Software Proficiency

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
