Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to enhance our quality assurance process. You will be tasked with ensuring that our software products meet high-quality standards and align with user expectations.

Responsibilities

• Establish quality metrics and benchmarks for software quality.
• Assist in root cause analysis for product defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.
• Perform exploratory testing and usability evaluations.
• Provide mentorship to junior QA team members.
• Ensure documentation of test cases and results are up to date.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
• Relevant QA certifications are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA testing

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Test Automation Frameworks

• Analytical Skills
• Team Player

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with performance testing tools: Proficiency in tools for performance testing such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Exposure to DevOps practices: Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes to support QA activities.
