Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to join our Cape Town office. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet both the client's needs and our high standards. You will work with cross-functional teams and be responsible for allocating resources, managing timelines, and liaising with stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
  • Ensure all project activities are completed on time and within scope.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to support project success.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on project status to senior management.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in project management within a corporate environment
