Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cutter Operator to manage cutting machines in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating cutting equipment to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cutting machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Review work orders and specifications to determine materials needed and cutting dimensions.
• Set up and adjust cutting machines for specific tasks.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of cutting machines.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid certification in operating cutting machinery is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience as a Cutter Operator is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with specific cutting machines used in the industry
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols

Certifications

• Certificate in Machine Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
