Job Description

Join our Pretoria team as a Contracts Administrator, where you will be at the forefront of managing contracts and compliance processes. This role is critical in ensuring that all contractual terms are met and risk is minimized.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the contract administration process from initiation to completion.
  • Evaluate contracts for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Facilitate meetings to discuss contract performance and project requirements.
  • Assist in the development of best practices in contract management.
  • Create and maintain a centralized contract database.
  • Identify areas for improvement within contract processes and systems.
  • Actively participate in training sessions to educate teams on contract-related matters.
  • Support the compliance team in audits and reviews as required.
  • Prepare reports summarizing contract management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of contractual obligations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Certification in Contract Management is a plus
