We are seeking skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic team at our Johannesburg facility. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of blending and mixing equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending tanks and related equipment effectively.
• Conduct quality control checks on process and products.
• Work closely with the production team to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in chemical processing is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years experience in mixing or blending operations

Technical Skills

• Chemical Handling Knowledge
• Experience with Blending Equipment

Soft Skills

• Team Work
• Attention to Safety

Advantageous

• Knowledge of operational machinery troubleshooting: Ability to identify and solve mechanical issues in blending machines.
• Experience with record-keeping and inventory management: Prior experience with tracking supplies and materials.
