Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee our logistics and inventory management processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance supply chain performance through KPIs.
• Establish strong relationships with key suppliers and partners.
• Lead the procurement process for materials and services.
• Ensure accurate forecasting of inventory and demand.
• Manage storage and distribution facilities for efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT for systems integration in supply chain.
• Monitor and manage logistics costs to optimize budgets.
• Conduct training programs for supply chain employees.
• Facilitate communication between different stakeholders in the supply chain.
• Prepare and present supply chain reports to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics
