Job Description

We are in search of a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities

  • Implement talent acquisition strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess workplace culture.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Assist in developing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and skill development plans.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution processes between employees and management.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation and records.
  • Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate HR qualifications are a plus

  • 5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on employee engagement
