Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Support leadership in talent management and succession planning.
  • Monitor employee turnover metrics and devise retention strategies.
  • Advise on performance-related matters and disciplinary issues.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions for staff.
  • Foster relationships with educational partners for internship programs.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance in the workplace.
  • Administer payroll and benefits administration.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Relevant HR certifications preferred
