We seek a skilled Surveyor to join our vibrant team at SurveyTech Solutions. In this position, you'll conduct surveys, manage project timelines, and help ensure that all surveying output meets high standards of quality. Responsibilities

• Lead surveying projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare site plans, boundary and topographic surveys.
• Conduct quality assurance on survey deliverables and output.
• Provide on-site supervision for survey projects and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop methodologies for survey tasks and assist in training staff.
• Identify challenges with survey projects and propose effective solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Geomatics
• Postgraduate degree is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of professional surveying experience

Technical Skills

• Advanced Surveying Techniques
• Land Development Regulations

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Registered Professional Surveyor

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience in Construction Site Surveys: Hands-on experience with surveys related to construction projects.
• Knowledge of Soil Evaluation: Ability to evaluate soil conditions for land use planning.
