Job Description

As a Mixing Plant Dumper, you will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mixing plant. Your role involves managing the pouring of materials into haulage trucks while adhering to strict safety protocols. We are looking for someone who is proactive, has great attention to detail, and can work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and manage the mixing plant operations.
• Conduct quality checks on materials used in construction processes.
• Dump materials into haulage trucks ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any faults.
• Assist in the training of new team members on safe operating procedures.
• Document production output and incidents as necessary.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to optimize operations.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a construction site environment is preferred

Certifications

• First Aid Certification (advantageous)
