Job Description

As an Air Crew Officer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of fixed-wing transport aircraft, ensuring safety and compliance with aviation regulations. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair activities, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Conduct thorough inspections pre- and post-flight to identify any issues.
• Collaborate with flight operations to ensure timely departures.
• Manage maintenance documentation and compliance with regulatory body standards.
• Utilize software for aircraft diagnostics and reporting.
• Train junior staff on maintenance best practices and safety protocols.
• Remain updated with the latest aviation technologies and practices.
• Assist in developing improved procedures for maintenance workflows.
• Engage in safety audits and contribute to safety improvement processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.

Technical Skills

• Aviation Standards Knowledge
• Hand Tools Proficiency

Soft Skills

Certifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification
• Valid driver's license

Languages

• English: Fluent
