Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Compliance Officer to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with local regulations and internal policies. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and advise on the impact of regulatory changes on the organization.
• Assist in the development of compliance training programs.
• Communicate compliance updates to all levels of the organization.
• Ensure effective communication and dissemination of compliance policies.
• Work closely with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Manage compliance documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Compliance certifications preferred.

Experience

• 4+ years in a compliance role with a strong understanding of local regulations.
