Responsibilities

• Review and interpret legal documents and contracts.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to enhance business operations.
• Prepare and file necessary legal documents for court.

• Handle client inquiries and provide comprehensive legal responses.
• Collaborate with external counsel when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of legal advice and correspondence.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions from a legal standpoint.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's degree in Law (LLM) is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a legal advisory role

Languages

• English: Fluent
