Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Glazier to join our dedicated installation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in measuring, cutting, and installing glass in various applications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and install glass in commercial and residential settings.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project updates.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Document all installations and repairs made during each job.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering materials as needed.
• Adapt to varying project scopes and client needs swiftly.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and efficiency throughout all tasks.
• Support the project manager in meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Trade certification in glass installation or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience with specialized glass installations is a plus.

• First Aid certification

Languages
