Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance site usability.
• Prioritize and oversee digital marketing initiatives and budgets.
• Manage online sales promotions and discount codes efficiently.
• Train and develop team members to ensure high performance.
• Report on KPIs and e-commerce performance to senior management.
• Identify opportunities to leverage customer data and enhance marketing tactics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Related Field
• MBA or equivalent is highly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce operations
