Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Automation Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes through automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other engineers to develop innovative automation solutions.
  • Perform root cause analyses on system malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the maintenance team with troubleshooting issues related to automated equipment.
  • Gather data and create reports on automation project outcomes.
  • Actively participate in safety audits and ensure all automation processes comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Enhance lean manufacturing practices through automation solutions.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technology.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Robotics or similar is preferred

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation engineering
