Join our engineering team in Germiston as a Structural Engineer. You will work on exciting projects, taking the lead in structural design and analysis. The role requires an understanding of local building codes and the ability to communicate effectively with other professionals on site. Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design efforts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Engage in project planning and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Investigate and resolve complex structural issues during construction.
• Prepare detailed calculations and specifications for project proposals.
• Review and approve shop drawings and other contractor submissions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in safety assessments and risk evaluations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and safety in the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in structural engineering
