Job Description

As a Gambling Dealer, you will operate table games with professionalism and skill. Your knowledge of game rules and customer service will ensure a fun and secure environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct table games efficiently while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Engage customers and provide information about games and rules.
• Monitor the gaming environment to maintain integrity and compliance.
• Assist in training new dealers as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with other dealers and staff to enhance the gaming experience.
• Participate in promotional events to enhance customer engagement.
• Report any suspicious activity to management immediately.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate

Experience

• Prior experience in hospitality or gaming is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Good memory skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in the hospitality or gaming industry: Familiarity with customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of one or more table games: Understanding of rules for games such as poker, blackjack, and others.
