Responsibilities
Conduct table games efficiently while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Engage customers and provide information about games and rules.
Monitor the gaming environment to maintain integrity and compliance.
Assist in training new dealers as needed.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work collaboratively with other dealers and staff to enhance the gaming experience.
Participate in promotional events to enhance customer engagement.
Report any suspicious activity to management immediately.
