Responsibilities

• Create a training calendar and coordinate training events.

• Develop assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of e-learning and online training initiatives.
• Provide individuals with feedback to encourage professional growth.
• Identify opportunities for cross-training and skill development across teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or Psychology
• Postgraduate qualification in Training or Development is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
