Job Description

As an HR Generalist in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for managing HR functions that promote a positive organizational culture. Your input will significantly influence employee relations and recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Support employee relations and address employee grievances effectively.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Assist with performance management and appraisal processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
